Ajax is a wireless alarm system built around a central Hub. The Hub connects to your WiFi and has a backup GSM SIM card, so it stays online even if your broadband drops. Sensors communicate with the Hub using Ajax's Jeweller radio protocol — an encrypted, frequency-hopping wireless technology with a range of up to 2,000 metres. Each sensor has a built-in tamper switch and reports its status to the Hub every few seconds.

Multiple users can have different permissions, so you can give the cleaner a code that only works on Tuesdays between 9am and 12pm.
Professional Monitoring
Ajax supports connection to professional Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs) for 24/7 monitoring. When an alarm triggers, the ARC verifies it using photo evidence from MotionCam sensors before dispatching a response. This dramatically reduces false alarm callouts and ensures genuine emergencies get the fastest response.
Integration with Loxone
This is where it gets interesting. We integrate Ajax with Loxone automation, so security events trigger intelligent responses. Alarm triggered? Loxone floods the house with light and starts recording on all CCTV cameras. You leave the house and arm the alarm? Loxone automatically turns off all lights, drops the heating, and closes the blinds. It's this kind of integration that separates a professional installation from a box on the wall.
